Audit Draft is a digital service provided by Project AD Limited. Due to the nature of our software, all sales are final unless specified below.

2. Refund Eligibility
For all users—whether business or individual—refunds are available only under the following conditions:
Initial Purchase: You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you have accessed less than 20% of the service features.
Subscription Cancellations: No refunds will be issued for any remaining subscription period upon cancellation.

3. Immediate Service Commencement
By opting for immediate service commencement, you acknowledge that your right to request a refund under the initial purchase condition is limited by your early use of the service.

4. Refund Process
